Zex Bilangilangi

Zex Bilangilangi, born Mayega Tadeo B., is a creative activist artist hailing from the Kamwokya slum in Kampala, Uganda. He began his musical journey at seventeen with a fervent desire to inspire positive change in his community through his art.

His dedication led him to collaborate with numerous charities, where he met Ghetto President Bobi Wine during a talent search. This encounter marked his recruitment into Bobi Wine's Firebase crew, a renowned music label celebrated for its edutainment, positive, and inspirational content. Within the crew, Zex rose to prominence, earning the title of "Ghetto Prime Minister" from Bobi Wine.

Today, Zex stands as an influential figure for young people across Uganda, particularly in underserved areas. He currently serves as the official ambassador for the Collusion Network in Uganda, a charity dedicated to empowering youth by dismantling barriers through various initiatives, including music.
