Young Wap

Young Wap is a multifaceted artist hailing from Kampala, Kawempe, with roots in Mubende. Born in Rwanda's Eastern Province, his artistic journey began in 2000 as a choir member. He officially launched his music career in 2018 with the release of his debut single, "Brotherhood," recorded at Plan B Records in Mubende.

Young Wap is a rapper, trapper, singer, songwriter, and comedian. His discography includes "Brotherhood," "Celebrate," "Uko Tubayeho," and "Urabaruta." Since its release, "Celebrate" has achieved significant airplay on prominent East African radio stations, including Kakumiro FM, Hot FM Kigali, Tropical FM Mubende, Voice of Dar El Salam, and Contact FM Kigali.
