WnLamda Gene, also known as Jah MesenJah, is a captivating Roots Reggae artist whose music delves into sociopolitical themes. His powerful tracks, including those found on his album "JUSTERYL," reflect his deep connection to his heritage and his passion for social commentary.

Raised in Kenya and later moving to Uganda, WnLamda Gene's musical journey began with his debut single "Wine Up." This early success paved the way for a career inspired by reggae legends like Buju Banton and Bunny Wailer, shaping his signature Roots Reggae, Reggae, and Dancehall sound.

As the founder and lead singer of the Justeryl group, WnLamda Gene continues to produce impactful music. Currently based in Shashemene, Ethiopia, he draws inspiration from his Ugandan father and Ethiopian mother, dedicating his artistic achievements to the aunt and cousins who nurtured his growth.
