Turyakira

Turyakira, born Ronald Turyakira in Rukungiri district, is a Ugandan artist of Munyankole heritage. He discovered his passion for gospel music in mid-2018, a calling he embraces as a saved individual. Turyakira has quickly become a prominent voice in gospel and inspirational music across western Uganda, particularly in Ntungamo, where he is recognized as a standout emerging artist. His powerful lyrics, delivered in the pure local languages of Runyankole and Luganda, resonate deeply with audiences.

Turyakira's musical journey began with the Runyankole-inspired track "Esente" (Money). He collaborates with the acclaimed producer Vianex Touch Ntungamo (Vian Muhirwoha) for his gospel productions. His visual artistry was first showcased with the music video for "Mukama Omuhangyi," produced by Brown Star Films.
