Matovu Douglas, known by his stage name Tovie las, is a Ugandan artist renowned for his captivating blend of reggae and afrobeat. A talented singer, songwriter, and actor, Tovie las performs in both Luganda and English. He hails from Gayaza, Kampala, the vibrant capital of Uganda.
