Mugisa Francis, known as Tallman Africa, is a gifted songwriter and artist hailing from western Uganda. Raised in the Masindi district of Bunyoro kingdom, his journey has been shaped by a passion for music and a resilience forged through experience. Currently serving as a Site Supervisor at the Masindi compost site, Tallman Africa continues to weave his life experiences into his captivating artistry.
