Sonny Soweez

Sonny Soweez, born Sonny Asimo, is an R&B/Pop artist whose musical journey began at a young age in her church and school choirs. After a brief pause for her studies, she reignited her passion by recording her first hook for a rapper's track. This led to the creation of her debut song, "RavedUp," featuring Benezeri and Bumba, marking the true start of her music career.

Her collaboration with Luganda rapper St. Nellys on "Love Story" proved to be a significant breakthrough, introducing her to a wider audience. Sonny Soweez has since collaborated with a diverse range of artists including Benny Black, Essie, Tucker HD, and Ruyonga.

Currently pursuing her degree, Sonny Soweez continues to evolve as an artist. Her latest single, "Possibility," penned by RaySignature, offers a glimpse into her upcoming EP, "#piecesofsix," slated for release.
