Shamo

Shamo, born Mitari Moses, is a Rwandan-Ugandan songwriter, singer, and actor. He began his performing journey at the age of ten in his local choir. Shamo further honed his artistic talents by studying Arts and Languages at the University of Rwanda, College of Education, where he earned his bachelor's degree.

His musical career took off with the recording of his first song, "Inzozi," during his secondary school years. After completing his education, Shamo now balances his role as an assistant lecturer at Rwanda Polytechnic with his passion for music. He recently released his new single, "Winsiga."
