Segmento

Segmento, also known as Jordan Segmento (Omusomiwamatayo), is a Ugandan gospel musician, songwriter, and evangelical rapper. A devoted worshipper at Shiloh City Church in Mukono, Uganda, he also serves as a Bible teacher, preacher, and interpreter.

Raised in a devout household, Segmento's passion for music and academics was evident from an early age. His talent led him to excel in school choirs and leadership roles, including choir master and student president of the Namilyango Performing Arts club. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, graduating with honors.

Segmento's impactful music has garnered significant recognition. He received nominations for Upcoming Male Gospel Artist and Best Inspirational Song at the Viga Awards, and his song "Yield" was celebrated as Best Inspirational/Encouraging Song at the Next Generation Awards, solidifying his place among Uganda's promising urban gospel artists.
