Sammy Official

Okeny Samuel, widely known as Sammy, also recognized as Latin Uganda, hails from Gulu City. He pursued his education across several institutions, completing his primary studies at Busega Primary School in Nateete, Kampala. He continued his secondary education at Rev. Jabuloni Secondary School and Standard High School Kawempe, where he completed his O-levels. Sammy currently resides in Kitgum Municipality.
