Kagembe Rajab, known professionally as Rulz, is a rapper, singer, and songwriter. He began his musical journey, though his first official releases came later. Currently unsigned, Rulz is dedicated to his craft, collaborating with talented producers to bring his debut project, "Feelings," to life, featuring contributions from Lamu and producer Axon.
