Rogan Alta

Livingstone Mukiibi, known professionally as Rogan Alta, is a Ugandan music artist and songwriter. He hails from Kanoni, Gomba District, where he completed his primary education at Kanoni Primary School and his secondary education at Kasaka Secondary School.
