Rockie UG

Rockie UG is a melodious indie recording artist and songwriter from Kampala, Uganda. A versatile musician, he masterfully blends soul, R&B, Afro-pop, and soft dancehall, with R&B holding a special place in his heart. His musical journey began in the church choir, blossoming into a full-time career after high school. Rockie also fronted the band "Sonic Aroma" as lead vocalist and has penned songs for various artists. He launched his solo career with the debut single "Tongaana," followed by the heartfelt track "Heartbeat," showcasing his soothing vocals. Rockie is proficient on both keyboard and guitar, with the latter being his preferred instrument.
