Rasta Kamfree

Ssenyimba Johm, known artistically as Rasta Kamfree, began his musical journey as a young chorister at Faith Christian Center Church in Kampala. There, he honed his drumming skills before exploring the piano during his O-level vacation. His passion for music production blossomed in his second year at Makerere University, where he was mentored by renowned Ugandan producer Ianpro.

Hailing from the vibrant Kasato village in Kampala's Kisenyi suburbs, Rasta Kamfree's path has been shaped by resilience. Despite financial challenges preventing him from completing university, his dedication to music never wavered. Today, Rasta Kamfree is a versatile singer, producer, and songwriter, creating across all genres.
