Rapa Dee is a dynamic Hip-hop and Zouk artist hailing from Uganda. Currently signed with Tough Money Entertainment, he has collaborated with notable artists across East Africa, including Labalaa of Wakamba Wawili Ukoo Fulani Maumau.
