Mawejje Jurious, known as Qhocratie, is a budding artist from City Hill College Mutundwe. His musical journey began during his S1 studies, and by 2015, he released his breakthrough song, "Mussogolero." Qhocratie invested his school fees into capturing the song's video, a bold move fueled by his ambition for a successful music career.
