Profesa Maros, born Maros Caesar Atine, hails from Kole District and is now a prominent figure in Lira, Northern Uganda. A two-time nominee for Northern Artiste of the Year at the Hippipo Music Awards, Profesa Maros burst onto the music scene with a string of hits. His signature blend of Dancehall, Afro Beat, and Zouk, delivered in a captivating mix of Luo, Luganda, and English, has resonated with audiences. Tracks like #Ovacado, #Abonyo Otingere, #Tam Iryo, and the enduringly popular #KotoKoto have solidified his status.
