Prince Omar

Prince Omar, born Mukose Umar, is a Canada-based Ugandan recording artist, singer, songwriter, and performer. He is a rapidly emerging talent known for his distinctive style, dedication, and visually compelling music videos. Prince Omar's versatility is a hallmark of his artistry; he is also a composer adept at playing numerous musical instruments.

His musical journey began in childhood, inspired by mainstream artists and the success of Ugandan music icons like Juliana, Eddy Kenzo, and Afrigo Band. This early passion led him to pursue a professional music career. Prince Omar's debut single, "Biliroliro," quickly captured the hearts of many, marking a significant start to his professional endeavors. He has since released additional tracks, including "Ogunsimbye."

Hailing from Wakiso District, Prince Omar grew up in Namasuba, a Kampala suburb. His educational path included Sir Apollo Kagwa Primary School, followed by secondary studies at Kibuli Secondary School, Kawempe Muslim, and Greenhill Academy. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Great Lakes College in Toronto, Canada.
