Price Kiid

Price Kiid, born Mukelo Merveille, found his musical spark early on. Witnessing his uncle perform with his band ignited a passion that would follow him through childhood. Life's journey led him from the DRC to Kampala, and later to a refugee camp in Uganda. It was there, after discovering mainstream music through a radio, that his love for urban R&B and pop truly blossomed, drawing inspiration from artists like Gift ov Kaddo, Michael Ross, Allan Toniks, and American icons such as Chris Brown. Despite early obstacles, including his brother's initial disapproval, Price Kiid's determination to perform grew. It wasn't until he arrived in the United States that he began to fully embrace his musical aspirations and take his craft seriously.
