Ocan Noah, known as Pop Noarise, hails from the Teso region of eastern Uganda. A multifaceted artist, he is a rapper, songwriter, singer, activist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, also serving as CEO of Big Swag Ent. Driven by a lifelong passion for music, Pop Noarise began his rapping journey in his mid-teens. Inspired by hip-hop titans like Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Drake, he embraced his stage name and dedicated himself to the world of music.
