OQ Richard, born Bagaba Richard, is a celebrated dancehall artist hailing from Ibanda District in Western Uganda. His innate talent for singing was evident from his school days, but he officially embarked on his music career in 2016. Today, OQ Richard is recognized as one of the region's most gifted singers, with his hit song "First Time I Saw You" captivating audiences and inspiring ladies across the region to dance.
