Muhiire Devis, known as One Level Musiq, and Sammyluo, also known as Blacksimba, are a Ugandan musical duo. They joined forces to establish their own record label, One Level Musiq, driven by a shared passion for music and a desire to pursue their artistic careers. Despite humble beginnings and personal losses, their unwavering love for music fuels their journey.
