Okedi Charles Noel is a fast-rising DJ from Eastern Uganda, making waves in Bukedea. Currently signed to Super Quality Sounds in Bukedea, he excels as a sound engineer and the go-to man for music events. Noel holds a Certificate in Computer Science from Kumi University and a Diploma from YMCA Comprehensive Institute Wandegeya.
