OIL DIMES MAKOMBO

Patrick Asiimwe, also known as "Oil Dimes" Makombo, is a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur. A Crop Scientist by profession, his creative endeavors span singing, songwriting, acting, audio production, disc jockeying, and film directing. He is particularly recognized for his work with the group Fantasies Galz.

Oil Dimes is a co-founder of Fantasies Music, the label behind the acclaimed "Fantasies Galz." His artistic journey began at a young age as a dancer with AMARULA FAMILY. Later, he partnered with his childhood friend Patrick "Jay Cruz" Kasule to establish Fantasies Entertainment Crew, which evolved into Fantasies Music and Makombo Music Parade, gaining prominence across East Africa and Congo.

During his school years, he was celebrated for his exceptional dancing skills and choreography, notably his Michael Jackson impressions. A significant milestone in his career was the release of "Holiday Time," a collaboration with rapper Flex Dpaper and Fantasies Galz. Initially intended as an album filler, the track became a surprise hit in France and the UK. The song was subsequently acquired by the UK record label Believe Digital, and its commercial versions are available on major streaming platforms.
