Myco Chris

Myco Chris discovered his passion for music at a young age, beginning his vocal journey in the hallowed halls of St. Paul’s Cathedral Namirembe. By his teenage years, he ventured into secular music, honing his craft with the group "Xtra Grim" under the guidance of Shanks ViviDee. This period of exploration led him to a successful solo career, marked by winning the "Mr. Sabrina" title.

His path then led him back to gospel music at Kansanga Miracle Centre, where he formed a dynamic gospel crew. Driven by a desire to expand his musical horizons, Myco Chris relocated to the UK to study Sound Engineering. He established his own record label, The Myco Chris Records, and secured a writing deal with EMI. He also lent his voice and songwriting talents as the lead singer for LIC (Living In Christ).

Currently, Myco Chris is putting the finishing touches on his international album, a project deeply rooted in his African heritage. Following its release, he plans to bring The Myco Chris Records back to Uganda, with aspirations to return to his homeland.
