Emerging from a family of five, he discovered his passion for music after completing his secondary education. Working as a taxi conductor in the bustling streets of Kampala, he earned the moniker "Minister" due to his deep admiration for Bobiwyn and his embrace of the ghetto lifestyle, leading to his self-proclaimed title as the "Ghetto Transport Minister."

Minista Mad Dog's artistic vision is to seamlessly blend his experiences in transport with his musical endeavors. He has released several tracks, including "Mida," "Show Me," and "Muwala wa Mukasa." Currently collaborating with Firebase, he is dedicated to producing high-quality music, with his work already benefiting from the expertise of professionals like Tonnyhaules and Inspector Kongo, among other production houses.
