Mike Walulya

Mike Walulya is a Ugandan artist whose musical journey began with significant hurdles. Undeterred by a lack of resources and industry connections, he poured his passion into his craft. He ventured abroad, working diligently to fund his artistic vision. His first salary was invested in a music video for his song "Ono Omwana," which ultimately brought him recognition from media personalities. Returning to Uganda, Mike is now dedicated to his music, exploring themes of relationships, connection, and their inherent challenges. He draws inspiration from the legendary Ugandan musicians Matia Kasaija and Elly Wamala.
