Phillip Okello, known professionally as Mexes, is a rising recording artist hailing from northern Uganda, currently based in Kitgum. Signed to EMC Entertainment, Mexes is an Acholi artist bringing a fresh sound to the region. He is also affiliated with The Vybz record production studios.
