Mary Prossy Tusiime

Mary Prossy Tusiime, also known as Mary Prossy Birungi, is a Ugandan gospel artist from Rukungiri District. The youngest of six children, Mary's passion for music began in her childhood, singing in church choirs. This deep devotion to her faith inspired her to compose uplifting gospel songs.

She pursued a career in nursing, earning a certificate in Enrolled Comprehensive Nursing from Ibanda School of Comprehensive Nursing and Midwifery.

Mary officially launched her music career in 2017 with her debut project, "Ori Murungi," produced by Bruno Beats of Alpha Music Records. Since then, she has released several other impactful songs, including "Niiwe Kiruhura," "Obushweere," "Hallelujah," "Ohimbisibwe," and "Guma Ohamire," all produced by Voice Pro of Voice Records in Ibanda.
