Magnum Weightt

Magnum Weightt is a Ugandan Afro-pop singer and songwriter hailing from Kyamugugu, Bukuya. Inspired by the soulful melodies of the late Herman Basudde and the contemporary sounds of David Lutalo, Magnum began his professional music journey with his debut single, "Embe."

He quickly gained attention with tracks like "Kyannyinaze," a song that resonated with its message on marriage. His talent was further recognized when he recorded a campaign song for a local political aspirant. Magnum has also penned songs for other artists and showcased his versatility with a series of heartfelt love songs.

Before his music career, Magnum honed his skills in auto-mechanics and even performed with Geoffrey Lutaaya's band, Da New Eagles, gaining valuable stage experience.
