Lub King

Lubwama Tendo Patrick, known professionally as LUB KING, is a Ugandan artist celebrated for his rhythmic style. Hailing from the Buganda tribe and raised in Kampala, his passion for music was ignited by his uncle's diverse collection, spanning genres from South African mbaqanga to reggae and local Ugandan classics. This early exposure fueled his interest in Music, Dance, and Drama throughout his school years.

LUB KING officially embarked on his music career, quickly establishing himself as a performer. He has graced numerous stages, both as a solo act and a supporting artist, at notable events like the Kampala City Carnival and Club Dome. His discography includes popular tracks such as "Bwentyo" and "Zombie Dance."

Collaborating with industry heavyweights like Sheebah, Don Mc, and Pallaso, LUB KING continues to expand his artistic reach. He draws significant inspiration from Ugandan music icons Bobi Wine, St. NellySade, A Pass, and Ruyonga, whose influence shapes not only his sound and artistry but also his strategic approach. LUB KING is currently preparing to release a full-length album.
