LoverDee Plus

Born in Kasese, Uganda, Ronald Mugisa Twambale, known as LoverDee Plus, brings a unique blend of passion and talent to the music scene. After moving to Sweden, he began exploring music with his brother, developing a versatile vocal style in Swedish, English, Luganda, Lukonzo, and Kiswahili. With a vast catalog of over 100 songs, LoverDee Plus prioritizes the joy of creation over commercial release.

His musical journey led him to London, where he contributed to an African music program on BenTV. Returning to Sweden, he released collaborations with notable artists, though these tracks remained largely unpromoted.

A significant milestone arrived with a contract from Reflection Music Sweden, leading to a partnership with Edition Bjorlund Music AB, operating under Universal Music Sweden. This collaboration saw the release of his song "INJECTION," which made him the first Ugandan artist to achieve a VEVO channel on YouTube. Despite this success, LoverDee Plus's heart remained with dancehall, a genre that clashed with the label's direction, leading to creative differences.

Undeterred, he continued to produce music, including collaborations with artists like Jah Vinci and Aganaga, with more releases on the horizon. Despite his dedication to music for passion's sake, LoverDee Plus has cultivated a devoted fanbase eager for new material. He is now ready to share his music more widely, focusing on Lukonzo, Swahili, and English.
