Lincoln Yinza

Lincoln Yinza, known professionally as @Lincoln_YINZA, is an innovative and versatile artist. A gifted singer, bassist, pianist, arranger, and songwriter, he brings a wealth of experience from the performing arts. His musical journey began in church choir activities, where he honed his skills in directing and composing.

Despite no musical background in his family, Lincoln Yinza possessed an innate talent and a deep passion for music. From a young age, he dedicated himself to mastering various music genres, seizing every learning opportunity. Through years of consistent vocal practice, guitar and piano lessons, and extensive songwriting sessions, he has cultivated a remarkable skill set.

His studies at Makerere University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music, further shaped his unique artistic approach. While benefiting from guidance from prominent Ugandan music influences and formal music education, many of his exceptional abilities are self-taught.

Lincoln Yinza draws inspiration from a diverse range of artists including Maurice Kirya, Isaiah Katumwa, Myko Ouma, Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Stevie Wonder, and Bill Withers. He has released three songs and showcased his talents as an instrumentalist with various bands at numerous performances.
