Lilsky ug

Cekecan, better known by his stage name LILSKY UG, is a Ugandan dancehall artist and musician. He performs in Luo (Alur, Acholi) and English.

LILSKY UG's musical journey began as a karaoke dancer while still in school. Inspired by local gospel artist Dr. Ontario Oscar and his cousin, a fellow musician, LILSKY UG recorded his first song, "Imito Mar."

His career gained momentum in Gulu, where he collaborated with producer Don Jeff on his first music video, "Give Me Your Love." It was also in Gulu that LILSKY UG connected with artist Rap Coin, leading to the creation of their hit song "Icwinyi." This track, a blend of Luo traditional style, resonated widely, boosting LILSKY UG's confidence and fan base.

Throughout his travels across Uganda, LILSKY UG has met and learned from numerous musicians. A notable collaboration includes "Ateri Kani" with artist Trezo.

Currently based in his hometown of Pakwach, LILSKY UG continues to pursue his passion for music.
