Lady Joana

Nakandi Sumaiyah, professionally known as Lady Joana, is a Ugandan recording artist and songwriter. Lady Joana gained recognition in the Afro-Beat and Afro-Pop music industry for her work with prominent artists across the Ugandan Afro-Beat Pop scene. She has collaborated with major Ugandan artists and partnered with World Tuff Africa Division of World Tuff Hustler Star Distribution. The inspiration for her stage name comes from the Kampala neighborhood where she grew up.
