Kuol Bak Kuol

Kuol Bak Kuol, professionally known as Lushy Kay, is an award-winning South Sudanese rapper, singer, songwriter, designer, and record producer. Born and raised in East Africa, he began his musical journey as part of the Black Diamond Family, where he earned the nickname "the Lushy." After releasing numerous mixtapes and singles, Lushy signed a major record deal with Timeline Records. This partnership launched his album "The Triple Treat," a collaboration with Trey David and Kingtroup Pimo, which produced several hit songs.

Lushy Kay and Trey David made history as the first duo to dominate local charts with consecutive hit songs. Lushy has also released acclaimed singles from his upcoming album "Future Is Lushy," including "Type Away," "In the Dark," and "Go Slow." His early career was shaped by encouragement from his brothers and guidance from Bullykids, whom he credits as a significant influence. He later joined Asylum Records, a South Sudanese hip-hop collective. Lushy's dedication and work ethic have been instrumental in his rise to success. He has received multiple award nominations and wins, including Best Collaboration of the Year at the South Sudan Super Stars Awards.
