KNK Ug

KNK (Kamp na kevi) hail from the west side of Uganda, a hip-hop and hardcore rap duo also known for their fashion design and entrepreneurial ventures. Composed of brothers THA VERSCE KAMP (Da Herbalist) and THUG KEVI (Da Black Smith), alongside the KNK family including LOOK HASSLE ESHATA, they represent Kigeland in the Kigezi region. Emerging in their high school days, they were deeply inspired by 90s hip-hop titans like Mobb Deep, Dogg Pound, NWA, Big L, Nas, G-Unit, The Game, 2Pac, Biggie, and Eminem. They brought their raw sound to the streets of Kampala, hustling for studio time and recording with pioneers like Magic Mic, Big Mart, Urban Ascent, and His Majesty with Greene.
