King Blood Moon, also known as Ongom Emmy and Won Lango, is a celebrated Afrobeat, Reggae, and Dancehall artist hailing from Lira City. He is widely recognized as one of Northern Uganda's most popular musicians. Singing in both Lango and English, King Blood Moon launched his music career with his first hit song releasing in 2003, earning him a PAM Awards nomination. His subsequent rise to prominence saw him collaborate with renowned artists such as Ronny Mujume, Bebe Cool, and Jose Chameleone, and work with acclaimed producers like Washington, Renix, and Shadrack. In addition to his musical achievements, King Blood Moon became a significant promoter in Northern Uganda.
