John Muyanja, known professionally as John Better, hails from Buikwe, Nkokonjeru, Africa. His early life was marked by experiences that forged an unwavering determination to succeed in the music business. Despite facing numerous hardships, Better has consistently maintained a positive outlook and a resilient spirit.

He adopted the moniker Omusezi Omuniga upon signing with Murder Tunes. Inspired by the artistry of Dr. Jose Chameleone and the late Mowzey Radio, he began his musical journey in Kiwale, releasing his debut song, "Scad Me." John Better's musical passion spans dancehall, R&B, and band music.
