JDM

JDM is a young Ugandan rapper whose lyrical prowess shines in both Lugaflow and English. Born in Kampala, he draws inspiration from hip-hop titans like GNL Zamba, Navio, Drake, Eminem, and Jay-Z. JDM began honing his craft through open mic performances in his hometown, quickly gaining attention and catching the eye of industry figures.

His early career saw him collaborating with renowned Ugandan hip-hop producer Samurae, leading to recognition and a record deal with producer Exo and Daxx Kartel under Wizard Order management. During his time with Wizard Order, JDM emerged victorious in the End Of The Weak competitions in Uganda, earning him a spot to represent the nation at the world finals.

JDM first gained widespread spotlight with a feature on producer Exo's massive all-star track alongside prominent artists. He has since released his own music, including the song "Twelyewo," and collaborated on tracks with notable artists like Keko and Bigtrill. Currently affiliated with Fujimumz Records and leading his group Team Fresh House Uganda, JDM is actively working on his upcoming mixtape, "Re-Brand."
