Japa Dollar

Japa Dollar is a prolific, multi-talented British artist and producer, originally from Uganda. He is a constant force in the studio, collaborating with international artists from around the globe.

Early in his career, Japa Dollar was part of the seven-member R&B/Hip Hop group La Familiar, based in East London. They recorded extensively and performed across the UK and Europe.

Following the group's disbandment, Japa Dollar focused on production, establishing his own recording studio. He became instrumental in crafting the sound for numerous artists in London and beyond.

He then launched his solo career, releasing the EP *Deep and Deeper*, which featured notable artists like Solomon Childs of Wu-Tang Clan and Trife Diesel. The EP's lead single, "Deep and Deeper," garnered significant UK airplay and music video rotation.

Subsequent releases include the albums *Certified Hustler* and *Tonight and Feelings*, alongside a string of successful singles such as "Gaswadde" featuring Mikie Wine, "So Fine," "Romantic Dance," "Nakupenda Sana," "Addicted," and "Penzi Lako."
