Ibanda Ezra

Ibanda Ezra, a proud Musoga, hails from the village of Magogo in Kamuli District. Raised by his parents, he grew up with a large family, fostering a strong sense of community. His early education took him through St. Peters Nursery & Primary Schools and Buzaayi Primary School, where he earned his PLE certificate. He continued his secondary studies at Midland High School, graduating with his UCE and UACE certificates.

Following the loss of his parents, Ezra channeled his creativity into entrepreneurship. He began by assisting his uncle in paint making, a skill that ignited his passion for visual arts. This led him to establish his own paint manufacturing and supply company, Plascom Paints UG, at the age of 21.

At 25, Ezra embarked on another significant chapter, marrying Nakiwewa Sarah and welcoming their son, Jerimaya Matovu.

In January, Ezra launched his music career, releasing his debut single, "Sanyuka." This powerful track offers a poignant reflection on the government of Uganda, exploring both its positive aspects and its challenges.
