Herbie Kay Zebra

Herbie Kay Zebra, born Kisakye Messach Habimana Olingitongo, is a Ugandan rapper, singer-songwriter, and producer hailing from Kampala. Known for his dynamic blend of Hip Hop, Trap, RnB, and Drill music, Herbie Kay Zebra has been making waves in the music scene since 2015. He gained significant traction with his hit single "Sikaamu," which dominated Ugandan charts, and further solidified his presence with tracks like "Did It" and his memorable rendition of Casper Re-Do's work.

Raised in Kagoma, Kampala, Herbie's musical journey began in primary school, where he first explored beats and rhythms. He professionally entered the music scene in 2015, later releasing his RnB single "Wagendawa." His debut EP, "Zebra Links," showcases his evolving artistry.

Herbie Kay Zebra's sound is influenced by the soulful melodies of the late Mowzey Radio and the impactful lyricism of the late Kirsnick Khari Ball, also known as Takeoff from Migos. He skillfully incorporates keyboard, drum machine, and sampler into his productions, creating a unique sonic landscape.
