Henzy Boy

Kibira Mathias Henry, professionally known as Henzy Boy, is a Ugandan singer and songwriter. Initially part of a dance group, Henzy Boy transitioned to a solo music career, making his mark on the local scene with his debut single "Kikyo," meaning "but why." He defines his sound as Afro Pop, drawing inspiration from Afrobeats, Hip Hop, and Dancehall.

Born in the Ndeeba suburbs of Kampala, Henzy Boy's upbringing in a Christian family, filled with music, fueled his passion for songwriting. Despite frequent relocations impacting his education, he pursued his musical dreams with unwavering determination. He dedicated himself to honing his craft, frequenting music studios and collaborating with producers to bring his vision to life.
