HB Samuel

HB Samuel, also known as Basalirwa Samuel Hiisa, is an emerging music artist. His debut single, "Kulemelaku," was produced by Romeo Beats of D-Tunes production. After completing his O and A Levels at Delta High School in Mayuge, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Kampala University. Currently, HB Samuel is actively involved with HB Artist & Senior Painters in Jinja.
