Grantymerz, hailing from Uganda, began their musical journey in 2006 as a dance group. Founded by Papashine, the collective, then known as Golden Leg Dancerz, also featured Mozshine, Freestar, and Blinzo. In 2008, the group transitioned to officially recording music, releasing their debut track "Life Time" by Papashine and Mozshine.
