Father Mubiru Lawrence

Father Mubiru Lawrence Maria is a Ugandan gospel musician and Catholic Religious Brother currently pursuing priestly studies in Nairobi, Kenya.

Born in Masaka, Uganda, Father Mubiru's early life and education were shaped by the guidance of Fr. Kayabula Bonefance. He attended St. Kizito Kyamulibwa Mugigi Primary School and St. Anthony's Kayunga. Following his secondary education, he entered the seminary to begin his priestly studies with the Order of Friar Servants of Mary (Servites).

Father Mubiru began his professional music career during his theological studies. He released his debut song, "Maama Maria," and has since shared a collection of inspiring tracks including "Nyina Kigambo," "Nenyumiriza Mwekerezia," "Katonda Kyagasse," "Dedication to Fr. Ssebalamu C," "Olugendo," and his latest release, "Ndi Wamukisa." He has collaborated with producers Unusual Beats, Micky Pro Kakesa, and Daddy Verse.
