Ethel Ahura

Ethel Ahura is an award-winning gospel artiste and a rising sensation in Uganda's music scene. Her journey began with a deep passion for music, nurtured through her involvement with the Watoto Church Choir and various other ministries.

Born in Kampala, Ethel is the middle child in a family where many siblings are actively involved in Christian service, particularly in music and evangelism. Her talent quickly blossomed, leading to the release of her debut singles, "Highway" and "Bintade." Subsequent releases, including "Ndikuwaki" and "Muguno Omwaka," garnered significant attention, culminating in a VIGA Award for 'Rising Female Gospel Artiste of the Year.' Her latest offering, "Yo Love," features fellow gospel artist Morgan Isaac.

Ethel’s performances grace numerous concerts, churches, and events. Beyond her musical endeavors, she is a devoted wife and mother, a counselor, mentor, entrepreneur, and a professional in Human Resource Management. Holding degrees from Makerere University, Ethel is driven by a profound desire to inspire, heal, and bring joy to lives, mirroring the peace of heaven on earth.
