Wagisha Emma, known professionally as Dutty Skipper, is a singer-songwriter from Mbale, Uganda. A highly versatile artist, Dutty Skipper has achieved significant success across Reggae and Dancehall music charts, masterfully blending three distinct genres. Raised by his mother in Mbale and Kampala, his vocal talents were evident from a young age, leading him to establish the music label K-ZONE MUSIC.
