Dukla

Saviour Emmanuel, known as Dukla, hails from Onduparaka and was raised in both Onduparaka and Nakasongola barracks. His musical journey began in the church choir at All Saints Church of Uganda, where his passion for music flourished alongside Chicco Wyne.
